 What if I have an accident?
 
          We offer all of our car lease clients a FREE 7 day/24 hour help line service for any emergency or problem with the lease car. We will help translate if needed, Contact the police for you if needed, lodged all Insurance claims, have the car repaired and offer you a temporary car whilst your car is being repaired.
     
     
How does this work? Who do I call?
     
          When you lease a car through LeaseJapan, you will be given the cell phone numbers of our staff members who are on call at all times in order to try and assist you with what ever problem you may have with your lease car.
 
 

How much does this service cost?

 

          This service is totally free for our car lease clients.  We can however offer this bilingual assistance for clients who have purchased a car from us for a monthly fee of 20,000yen.
