Download the orders form from our website and fill it out carefully, ensuring it is marked correctly.

Review the conditions of your lease and fill it out completely.  After completing the order form, stamp it with your inkan (name stamp) if you have one, or simply sign and return it to Lease Japan by fax or email.

Upon receiving your order, we will confirm its contents and price with you, and arrange your delivery date.  If required, we may ask you to take measurements for large items to be installed.

Once all details of your order have been checked and confirmed, we will send you a lease agreement to sign and return to us, and your furniture will be delivered to you.  Delivery generally takes between 8-11 business days from the time we receive your signed lease agreement but depending on the location, it may require up to 15 days.

You will receive original copies of your contracts and invoices by mail.
